We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Development Executive to expand our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market research, and sales execution to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.
- Identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
Business Development & Sales:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
- Present company products/services to prospective clients and negotiate deals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and feedback to the internal teams to improve product/service offerings.
Marketing & Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Contribute to brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market development, sales, or business development (preferred).
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
