Job Summary:

The Compliance Officer/Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This role involves enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business, providing guidance on compliance matters, and implementing strategies to prevent unethical, illegal, or improper conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Stay updated with changes in legislation and regulatory policies. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance. - Having previous experience on handling Compliance tool is must
Policy Development and Implementation: - Develop, review, and update organizational policies and procedures. - Implement effective compliance programs and training sessions. - Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the senior management and regulatory bodies. - Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. - Record and report compliance breaches and enforce corrective actions.
Internal and External Communication: - Act as a point of contact for compliance inquiries from employees and external parties. - Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. - Communicate with regulatory agencies as required.
Qualifications - CS or Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Related field 4-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or audit.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High ethical standards and integrity. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are preferred.
