Role & responsibilities
Role will be HW/ SW support at customer site.
Interaction with the user teams for issues related with system performance and L1 support on applications.
Ability to handle customer relations with the client at site.
Interact with the L2 support team and resolve the HW / SW issues.
Maintain the on-site inventory.
Collate the data, review with the client and collect the quarterly support performance letter from the institute.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduated Fresher with excellent communication skill.
Above 60% in graduation/postgraduation
Thorough knowledge of Linux and networking.
Knowledge of Linux servers and Networking items.
Preferred RHEL certified.
Knowledge on HPC.
