- Delivering technical support to field team on various HVAC products and solutions
- On-site intervention for complex technical issues
- Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
- Competency management of direct and partner engineers for cooling domain
- Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects
- Product lifecycle management for cooling
- Key Technical Expert for identified accounts
- Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
- Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.
- Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.
Qualifications - External
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on HVAC domain
- Field Experience on cooling products (Chillers, PAC, CRAC, PAHU.. etc)
- Experience of handling Data Centre, IT, Industry customer segment
- Experience in Datacenter software would be a plus
- Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays, VFD.. etc)
- Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
