Scheduled Maintenance Planning

• Preparing the Daily Work Package for Scheduled Maintenance of fleet and ensuring all work is completed within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensuring closure of work orders and reporting back of scheduled tasks in AMOS.
• Liaising with MCC for providing work orders for clearing MELs.
• Confirming and ensuring all work orders of the previous days Work Package have been closed in AMOS and pending/deferred tasks are re-planned.
• Reporting back of scheduled events in AMOS and ensuring it shows the correct next due date.
• Monitoring and ensuring that CVR read-out of half of the fleet is done every month and resetting the requirements for the next month.
• Ensuring sufficient ground time availability for aircraft with major tasks planned.
• Monitoring and planning of TCI units falling due for replacement in upcoming months.
• Providing details of material to be pre-loaded to Warehouse for the daily work package.

Routing

• Preparation of Aircraft routing.
• Coordination with OCC for delay saving.
• Coordination with MCC for routing of unscheduled maintenance requirements during the day.
• Implementation of additional routing requirements for the next days routing given by MCC.
• Positioning of A/c for BMD activities.
• Monitoring A/c on low flying.
• Preparation and releasing of NEO EVENTS in coordination with QATS.
• Preparation of Non-claimable events.
• Preparation of daily data for Grounding of A/c.
• Preparation of distribution of aircraft for operations daily.
• Assisting in preparation of Seven Days Master Templates.
• Updating & Tracking of Flight Cancellation Sheet.

Miscellaneous

• Be aware of and comply with his/her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
