The Junior IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our team, primarily focusing on laptop management
This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining the security and integrity of all systems
Key Skills :
Laptop Management:
o Set up and configure new laptops for employees
o Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
o Update and upgrade software as necessary
o Ensure all laptops have the necessary software and tools installed for accounting tasks
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:
o Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
o Replace or repair defective laptop parts
o Assist in the installation and updating of software applications
o Ensure all software is licensed and up-to-date
Security:
o Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive accounting data
o Regularly update antivirus and malware protection software
o Educate employees on best practices for maintaining data security
User Support:
o Provide technical support to employees facing issues with their laptops
o Train new employees on the use of hardware and software tools
o Document and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the IT Manager and other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations
o Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required
Continuous Learning:
o Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT support
o Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical skills
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an accounting or corporate environment
Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Office Timings: 09:00AM -07:00PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (04th Saturday will be off)
