Role & Responsibilities
A Junior Associate in a law firm supports senior associates and partners in various legal matters. Key responsibilities may include:
• Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various legal topics and jurisdictions.
• Document Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Case Management: Supporting case management activities, including document organization and file management.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients and providing legal advice under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Court Appearances: Attending court hearings and depositions as needed.
• Due Diligence: Conducting legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
