Job Description

The Jr./Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in alignment with business requirements and employer branding initiatives. The Senior Executive typically handles more complex roles, stakeholder management, and strategy development, while the Junior Executive focuses more on operational recruitment activities.


Key Responsibilities:

For Both Jr. & Sr. Roles:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and track feedback.
  • Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Additional Responsibilities for Sr. Executive:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives and drive employer branding activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and strategies based on hiring metrics.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor hiring insights to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

Junior Executive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and timelines.

Senior Executive:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit for technical and non-technical roles across levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.

Preferred Skills for Both:

  • Exposure to bulk, lateral, and niche hiring.
  • Awareness of local labor laws and diversity hiring practices.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
