Job description
Position: Jira Administrator
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/Pune
Responsibilities:


• Configuration and Customization: Set up and configure Jira projects, workflows, and manage custom fields. Create and manage issue type schemes, screen schemes, notification schemes, priority schemes, and permission schemes for specific projects and teams
• Filters, Reporting, and Dashboards: Set up and manage Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, and JQL queries
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Jira issues and provide support to end users.
• Issue Migration: Perform bulk issue imports and issue migration between projects via CSV


Jira Add-ons:
• Administration: Manage, configure, and administer Jira add-ons such as Advanced Roadmaps, Zephyr, JSU, and Script Runner
• Customization: Customize scripts using Script Runner
