Job Summary

A Java Consultant acts as a strategic technical partner—designing, building, and optimizing Java-based solutions to support diverse business needs. This role involves liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business requirements, then translate them into effective Java solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and others.
• Conduct code reviews and suggest optimizations for enhanced performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical documentation and training for client teams and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, introduce best practices, and assess emerging Java technologies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, analysts) for seamless implementation.
• Mentor junior developers and lead project initiatives.
• Participate in client-facing discussions—presenting solutions, and supporting technical delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Core Java (JSE/JEE) and skilled in object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful services, microservices, JVM internals, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, including ORM tools like JPA/Hibernate.
• Proficient with version control systems, such as Git, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Experience in CI/CD, using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Testing expertise with frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and a solid grasp of TDD principles.

 ✅ Strong expertise in Spring Core, MVC, Boot, Data & Security

 ✅ Solid REST API development skills

 ✅ Deep understanding of Dependency Injection and IoC
