Managing & closing Risks for production application
Handling Technical audits with respect to applications.
Take key initiative which bring stability to application. For e.g. Monitoring through Dashboard or create business specific dashboards.
Technology and Business stakeholder management.
Facilitate root cause analysis and postmortem learnings after major incidents.
Collaborating with DEVs to figure out system improvements (Optimization) and for fixing CRITICAL bugs.
Creating and publishing KPI reports with respect to incident/changes and problem records.
Your profile
1-2 years of experience with Strong proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL, including data querying, manipulation and performance tuning.
PowerBI, Power Automate, Powershell/Python scripting.
Monitoring Tools - Kibana, Elastic & Dynatrace.
