Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the data migration and validation process to ensure accurate transfer of clinical and administrative data into TrakCare ACN.
• Support training sessions for clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
• Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate critical challenges during the transition.
• Document workflow changes, user feedback, and system issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Help coordinate communication between different departments involved in the implementation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with clinical and business requirements post-implementation.
