Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice Process roles where you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound voice calls from global customers and assisting them with their queries, complaints, or service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers.
  • Address queries related to product/service information, billing, technical issues, bookings, orders, etc.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring high levels of First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Maintain professional tone and empathy during customer interactions.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed assigned KPIs like CSAT, AHT, Quality Score, etc.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately following SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0 months to 2 years of experience in an international BPO.
  • Language: Fluent spoken English with neutral/global accent; excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing speed of 25–30 WPM with basic computer literacy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends.


Process: Best buy and AT&T process

Location: Prestige Tech Platina, 2, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Kadubeesanahalli, Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087

Process: International voice process 

Salary: Freshers- 18K and Exp - upto 28k- 29k in hand 

Cab facilities will be provided upto 20Kms - free cabs

5 days rotational working and 2 days rotational off.
