Job Description

We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to provide top-tier customer service to our global clients. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple regions via phone, email, and chat. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service on an international scale.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide support related to [product/service details] to international clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical support, sales, logistics, etc.) to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry best practices.
  • Meet and exceed customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude and patience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in BPO, e-commerce, SaaS, or IT customer support.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
