Roles and Responsibilities:
A Frontizo Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all e-retail customers.
The role of the CSA is to handle customer queries and resolve their issues primarily through phone.
Working Hours - 5 days working (10-hour daily shift). We operate in a 24*7 environment and hence, shortlisted candidates will be required to work in the rotational shifts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills and ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Computer Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use a desktop computer system
Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer will be a plus
Demonstrates understanding of the Internet, e retail websites.
Proficient knowledge of email applications will be a plus
