Were excited to invite you to join our Onsite HR Shared Services team as a Claims Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be supporting our global workforce and managers by managing claims processing and transactions. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining smooth and efficient insurance operations, ensuring our employees receive the support and coverage they need. This position offers a unique chance to play a key role in enhancing our insurance services and driving excellence in claims management.


Location : Seepz, Andheri East.
Experience : 1 to 5 Yrs
Shifts : Based on the business requirements(Night shift or Afternoon shift)
Note: Looking for Immediate Joiners & Willing to travel on their own transport


Position Summary:

Manage end to end transactional and administration activities of insurance process.
Liaise with vendor and internal departments to ensure employee receives optimal service in all respects.
Verify invoices and additional and return premiums due to policy adjustments
Promptly respond to internal and external clients inquiries pertaining to coverage, claims issues, in a professional and polite manner.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to health benefits.
Create and develop SOPs on a regular basis to ensure that it is up to date while identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
Establish, Implement and monitor standard insurance processes and procedures which are consistent with Companys global standards
Ability to work effectively independently
Make outbound calls to potential members to clarify missing or incomplete information
Candidate will be required to operate in the night shift to interact and support employees and respective onsite counterparts
Team Member will report into the HRSS Manager
Required Education / Experience:

Educational requirements: MBA(HR)/ Bachelors Degree

Technical requirements: Microsoft Office (especially Excel),

Non-Technical requirements: Good communication and presentation skills
