• Responsible for making outbound calls to partners for bizmall sales
• Handling inbound inquiries before and after sales to provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience
• Co-ordinate with the backend team to solve the partner queries
• Maintain a record of customer interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries in the CRM system
• Given bizmall sales target
