Skills
Talent Acquisition: Youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within Infinx . This may include roles like Fresher, Experienced and lateral position.
Screening and Interviewing: Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the role. Youll also coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, which may involve coordinating orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other recruitment channels to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Data Management: Keeping track of applicant information, maintaining recruitment databases, and generating reports to track recruitment metrics and performance.
Compliance: Ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
As a fresher, youll likely undergo training and mentorship to familiarize yourself with the industry, company policies, and recruitment processes specific to our Industry.
