– ICU Shift Incharge Nurse

Hospital Name: Chinmaya Hrudayalaya

Location: Indiranagara Bengaluru 

Position: Shift Incharge – ICU Department

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in ICU (including supervisory/lead role)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during the shift.

Allocate duties and ensure adequate staffing in ICU.

Monitor patient care and guide staff nurses in clinical procedures.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and infection control protocols.

Maintain patient records, reports, and handover details.

Support doctors during critical care procedures and emergencies.

Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Sound clinical knowledge of ICU procedures.

Good communication and team management skills.

Proficiency in documentation and reporting.

Shift: Rotational (Morning / Evening / Night)

Salary: 30k to 35k
