Job Summary:

As a Human Resource Intern, youll assist our HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Youll gain valuable experience and insights into the HR industry while contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment assistance: Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

2. Employee engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations.

3. HR administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

4. Data analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data, such as employee turnover rates and training effectiveness.

5. Special projects: Participate in special projects, such as HR policy development, employee handbook updates, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Education: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.

4. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

## Stipend and Duration:

- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.

- Duration: [6 months].
