Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Generalist
Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR generalist to support our human resources team in ensuring efficient operations. The HR Generalist will be responsible for making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures, creating new onboarding plans, and educating newly hired employees about their rights. This role covers various HR functions, including hiring, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and other tasks.
Criteria for Selection:
Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR files.
Handle various HR duties as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration.
Organize hard and soft copies of employee records.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employee orientations (Induction) to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
Remuneration:
Experienced: 15,000 (1-month contract period)
Freshers: 12,000 (2-month contract period)

Work from Home / Work from Office (Depends on respective location as per orientation)

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
