Role & responsibilities:
1. Employee Feedback and Attrition Analysis: Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on attrition rates and conduct root cause analysis to develop proactive solutions.
2. Internal Surveys and Strategic Consulting: Design and conduct internal surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide strategic consulting to senior leadership on people and organizational development initiatives.
3. Coaching and Development: Offer coaching and mentorship to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
4. HR Strategy Development: Partner with senior leadership and department managers to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
5. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve employee concerns or grievances.
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
Proven track record in employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
