Roles and Responsibilities :
The HRSS specialist will maintain successful partnerships with TPAs and business operations to execute on HR and Payroll support. He / she will manage employee onboarding and exit, data management throughout the employee life cycle, compliance requirements and process improvements. The Payroll Specialist will be a team resource, subject matter expert, and go-to person, as well as an escalation point for the employees, providing immediate assistance with complex pay issues and tasks requiring additional subject matter expertise and decision making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduation Degree in any discipline.
Work experience of 2+years in HR Generalist /HR operations/ MIS role working with Data Analysis and Reporting, payroll processing , employee onboarding and exit.
Prior work experience in HR or relevant areas is an added advantage.
Should be proficient in working with MS excel and other office tool. Should be able to work with large amount of data and produce relevant metrics as required.
