We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues, acting as a change agent and employee champion to foster a high-performance, employee-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align workforce strategy with organizational goals.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding strategies in alignment with business needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a balanced and fair approach.
- Support and drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives across departments.
- Collaborate with the HR team on policy development, training programs, compensation reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
- Stay current with employment law and compliance issues and advise leadership accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
