Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter - Sr. Executive to lead our recruitment efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies. As a Sr. Executive HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring that the companys recruitment needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Collaborate with senior management to understand recruitment needs

- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent knowledge of recruitment principles and practices

- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and develop strategies for improvement

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
