As a People Engagement Employer Branding Intern at AppsForBharat, you will be an integral part of creating an engaging and dynamic workplace culture while enhancing our employer brand. What youll Do:
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute creative engagement activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture, going beyond traditional ideas.
Organize and manage employee events, celebrations, and initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with the People team to create and promote an attractive employer brand that resonates with talent.
Improve our employer brand presence on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn or other social media platforms
Partner with internal ambassadors to develop user-generated content such as employee videos, blogs, spotlights, and more.
Social Media Management:
Create, manage, and promote content for social media channels like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Develop content schedules, write compelling copy, post updates, and track performance through reporting.
Content Creation:
Develop creative content for employee blogs, internal communications, and external channels.
Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to design visually appealing and impactful material.
Strategic Initiatives:
Partner with People Head to ideate, execute, and monitor innovative engagement strategies.
Build and nurture effective working relationships across teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You Must Possess:
Experience Skills:
Fresh graduate with an interest in the HR field. Background in BBA, Fashion, or B.Com is welcome.
Previous experience in community building, event management, or stakeholder coordination is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation platforms, and familiarity with AI tools.
Hands-on experience in developing content for social media, blogs, and employee engagement is advantageous.
