Prepare HR-related reports and presentations (as needed).
Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
Assist with creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews or participate in the interview process.
Coordinate reference checks and background screenings.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
