Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling further rounds.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support in payroll processing and maintaining attendance/leave records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and present HR reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
