Position Overview: The HR Associate Field HR will play a critical role in supporting the HR function across various company locations. This position involves working closely with field managers and employees to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, support employee relations, and drive HR initiatives that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Field HR Support: Act as a point of contact for field managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, promoting a positive work environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process for field positions, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and facilitating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs and workshops for field employees to enhance skills and compliance with company standards.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and providing feedback to managers and employees.
HR Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to turnover, employee engagement, and other key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to various field locations to support HR activities, gather feedback, and ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on field HR or generalist roles.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and systems. Understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential.
Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
