Role Overview:

As a Non-Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through email, chat, and other digital platforms. You will also handle backend tasks such as data processing, documentation, and order management to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Support & Query Resolution:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or tickets promptly and professionally
• Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams and providing accurate information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service

✅ Data Entry & Back-Office Operations:

• Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases
• Process orders, applications, and requests in a timely manner
• Review and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and compliance

✅ Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Generate and submit daily/weekly reports as required
• Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 0-3 years of experience in a Non-Voice or Back Office role (freshers welcome)

🔹 Strong written communication skills in [required languages]

🔹 Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum [X] WPM preferred)

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

🔹 Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team

🔹 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
