Shift : 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling Workplace allocation, Issuing of ID cards, asset management. Maintaining office
equipments Telephone/ Mobile bills processing.
Repair & maintenance of Office equipments Like A/C, Sensor, Workstations, Fire Extinguisher, UPS.
Purchase of Sim cards and changing the plans as per the best plan availability.
Vendors bills verifying and sending to Accounts Department and preparing all the Checklist and
implementing accordingly.
Set up travel arrangements, itineraries, airline reservations.
Raising the purchase requests, collaborate with the sourcing team to facilitate sourcing activities,
including supplier communication, supplier management, document management, and ensuring on
time supplies and payments to vendors.
Oversee facilities and administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel
arrangements for senior executives, visitor management and maintaining accurate records.
