We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HF Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HF (high-frequency) products and services to customers, meeting sales targets, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HF product/service segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends related to HF products/services.
- Present and demonstrate the value of HF products/services to potential customers through various channels (in-person meetings, calls, emails, etc.).
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing sales deals and acquiring new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate with internal teams to address any issues or improve the product offering.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HF industry or a technical product/service.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and manage customer expectations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
