Designing, developing and executing governance practices, to ensure processes for monitoring Digital Employee Experience are well managed to meet ANZ policy requirements and regulatory requirements.
- The Governance Team Lead in monitoring the delivery of team output.
- Audit and risk management activities, including the delivery of forums.
- Vendor governance in accordance with internal policy requirements.
- Delivery of performance and internal reports as needed.
- Providing expert advice on governance queries/issues.
- Identifying and delivering opportunities to uplift Governance practices and Digital Employee Experience processes.
- Managing ad hoc tasks, reviews, and engaging with business stakeholders, the wider team, and subject matter experts to support the delivery of Digital Employee Experience priorities.
What will you bring
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, or a related role
- Governance: Experience in executing governance practices surrounding key processes including regulatory obligations
- Stakeholder management: Proven strong ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Problem solving analysis: Identify and critically evaluate problems and patterns across a broader system to find and implement a solution.
- Critical thinking: Use logic and reasoning to analyse, evaluate and synthesize a range of information to understand an opportunity or challenge and develop recommended solutions
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to update collateral and write effective communications (creating delivering presentations) including the ability to engage with different audiences.
- Risk frameworks: Strong understanding of the I.AM Framework/Risk Management and how this applies to capability activities
- Business product acumen: Keenness and quickness to understand and deal with a business situation (risks and opportunities) in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome.
