• Manage the billing process for fintech products and services
• Ensure that all subscriptions are accurately billed and invoiced
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that pricing and billing models are accurately reflected in the billing system
• Develop and implement processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process
• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a timely and effective manner
• Generate reports and analyses to monitor billing and financial performance of fintech products
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that billing information is accurate and up to date in internal systems
• Customers billing analysis and settlement on a regular interval
• Customers sales reconciliations
• Manage & maintain customers statement of accounts
• Sales Data Entry on a daily basis or regular interval
• Billing management/tracking and reconciliations with the fintech partners
• Sales team commission tracking
• Resellers commission tracking
• Billing information and customer KYC review and update
• Proactive alert messaging of customers performance trend and analysis
• Gatekeeping the data privacy, with the right person (owner of account)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles
• Good user of Ms. Excel
• Good user of English language
• Proactive and great communication skill
• Having 3 years of finance experience
• Part qualified CA/ACCA/CPA or MBA
