We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with an MBA in Finance or M.Com, possessing good communication skills. After completing the training program, the candidate will be placed in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting roles. The candidate should be well-versed in Indian journal entries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing of AP and AR transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
Participate in audits and implement audit recommendations.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor..

Requirements:

MBA in Finance or M.Com from a recognized institution.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
