4. Overview of hardware and Data Centre activity.
5. Review for Hardware Failures Trend Analysis, Hardware Uptime report.
6. Complete device inventory management for DATA CENTRE.
7. Understanding of Data Centre environment (Power, Cooling, Security, Processes ETC.)
8. Vendor / OEM coordination for Network / Server equipment.
9. Device movement, redeployment of the assets and disposal of EOL assets.
10. Understanding of LTO media, tape library, media backup and restore.
11. Tickets / SLA management.
