Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned locations to support recruitment efforts and job fairs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through online platforms, community outreach, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
- Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) and evaluate applicants based on job fit and organizational culture.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and community networking opportunities.
- Provide feedback and regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or field-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting metrics, and ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to field locations (up to [insert %] of the time).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
