Job Description
Create business strategies, and attract and onboard Saathi partner stores.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for expansion.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness
Identify and assess potential new markets and customers
Qualifications we look for:
Ungrad n in BSc agriculture is mandatory
Should have 1 to 4 years of Sales experience in the Agriculture industry.
Should have managed a distributed sales team before
Excellent communication skills
Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
Should be comfortable with traveling four to five days a week
