The Executive Pricing will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring the company remains competitive in the marketplace. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize pricing models and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement pricing strategies for products/services.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with market demands.
Market and Data Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to gather data on pricing trends and competitor strategies.
Analyze historical data and forecast future pricing trends.
Monitor industry developments and economic factors that impact pricing.
Financial Analysis:
Perform cost analysis and profitability assessments for products/services.
Develop pricing models and conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different pricing strategies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for pricing adjustments.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product
Communicate pricing strategies and changes to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure transparency and consistency in pricing across the organization.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on pricing performance and profitability.
Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions and rationale.
Provide detailed documentation and analysis for audit purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of pricing software and tools.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
