Job description


The Executive Inside Sales will play a key role in driving sales growth, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Timely Responses: Ensure prompt responses to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Information Sharing: Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, procedures, and balance confirmation, TDS files
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Escalation Management: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management or specialized departments.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved to the customer s satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and relay it to relevant departments for improvements.
Loyalty Programs: Manage and promote customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Post Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products and services to provide informed recommendations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Documentation: Prepare and distribute customer-related documents such as invoices, contracts, and reports.
Data Management: Ensure customer information is kept up-to-date and secure in the company s database.
Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Information Sharing: Share customer insights and feedback with relevant teams to drive product or service improvements.
Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating customer-focused projects, ensuring all departments are aligned.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
