Role Objective
To process client data accurately and in accordance with client procedures and using specialist domain expertise as required in order to meet the SLAs.
This role reports to a Team Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Working in a team you will be responsible for working all the HR/Payroll processes depending on whats assigned to you
To query appropriately in the absence of complete information with the line manager or requestor
Ensure that work in your personal in tray is processed within the client determined TAT
Do a daily check of pending items to follow up on outstanding
To raise query with the Leaders appropriately when no replies received on repeated reminders to managers for additional information
To pick emails proactively from OSC inbox, index them and work on them
To ensure all relevant cases are processed before cut off, so they are included in the payroll run in a timely manner.
To organize individual folders and ensure deletion of data after specified time periods
To keep abreast of daily/ regular updates within the process provided by Team Leaders & received over emails from clients
Ensure timely escalation of any system related issues
Ensure timely escalation of work volumes when unmanageable
To provide suggestions and ideas and continually strive to help streamlining of processes
To assist other team members in knowledge transfer when cross training of members
To assist in classroom training and on job training for newcomers
Avoid unplanned absence and as far as possible ensure minimum FTE requirement is met on a daily basis

Experience:
* Minimum 0-1 years in the BPO industry is preferred
Academic:
Graduation (in any discipline)
