• Aster Medcity is looking for Executive - CRM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Database Management: Managing customer data, including contact details, purchase history, interactions, and preferences, within the CRM system
• Data Entry and Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry into the CRM system, including new customer records and updating existing ones
• Customer Segmentation: Analyzing customer data to segment the customer base based on various criteria, such as demographics, buying behavior, and preferences
• Customer Communication: Coordinating and managing communication with customers through various channels, such as email, phone, or direct mail
• Customer Engagement: Developing strategies to engage customers, such as personalized offers, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing campaigns
• CRM System Customization: Customizing the CRM system to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization and its customer management processes
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Integration with other Systems: Collaborating with IT teams to integrate the CRM system with other business systems, such as sales, marketing, and customer support
