Key Responsibilities :

1. Paid Ads Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to meet performance goals like conversions and ROI.

2. Campaign Execution

Coordinate and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.

3. Performance Analysis

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Evaluate results against defined KPIs and ROI targets.
• Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve spend efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements :

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance data and generating actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
