Role & responsibilities :

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate quality leads.
Manage and optimize website content, SEO, and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.


Preferred candidate profile :

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the B2B or B2C sectors.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
