• E-mail configuration
• Installation & Troubleshooting:
o Antivirus, MS office, Mailing clients and other software
o Hardware, Desktop & Laptops
o Network, Printer & Scanner
o Operating System - Windows
o Patch management for desktops, laptops
• Troubleshooting all network and application issues

• Should be self-motivated and a self-starter
• Should be willing to take up a career in IT Infrastructure Management
• Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in weekly 6 days working pattern
