Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Design Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. This is a freelance role, ideal for professionals who enjoy working independently while contributing to meaningful design projects. You will collaborate closely with our in-house teams to develop and refine interior workspace concepts that align with our brand and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project goals.
• Provide design consultancy for layout planning, space optimization, material selection, and aesthetics.
• Create and present mood boards, sketches, and 3D concepts as required.
• Offer expert advice on trends, finishes, furnishings, and lighting solutions.
• Make site visits once or twice a week for meetings, walkthroughs, and design reviews.
• Ensure designs meet functionality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proven portfolio of commercial or office space design projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently.
• Availability to visit the office/site in Bangalore 1 - 2 times per week.
