The Deputy Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high performance, team productivity, and compliance with company policies. This role involves leadership responsibilities, decision-making, and the ability to step in when the Manager is unavailable. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations.
• Support the Manager in developing business strategies to improve productivity and performance.
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Stand in for the Manager during absences and represent management in meetings or events as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and business systems (e.g., MS Office, CRM, POS).
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field (preferred but not always required).
