We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager who is proactive, customer-focused eager to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible to grow the existing business and identify growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership and Strategy
- Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple customer accounts, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget outcomes.
- Create and implement delivery frameworks that promote effective cross-functional collaboration across development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, enhancing quality, and proactively managing risk.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction with service delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating regular meetings to review project status, upcoming needs, and align on strategic objectives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to account growth and strengthening client partnerships.
Growth and Business Development
- Partner with account managers and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to strategic account planning to align delivery activities with overall account growth objectives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials to demonstrate value to clients and support business expansion.
Cross-Functional Delivery Management
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and data science, to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively address delivery challenges by managing dependencies, identifying risks, and resolving potential bottlenecks.
Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and cross-functional alignment for optimal project outcomes
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of experience in IT Delivery with strong expertise in Networking and Cloud Technologies along with good understanding of hyper scaler & Cloud technologies ( AWS, Azure, Google)
- Go-getter with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with clients focusing delivery-led sales and expand account value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to drive customer satisfaction and project success.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding on Technology ( mainly Java based solutions) and Platforms play ( like SFDC, Splunk, ServiceNow)
- Hands-on experience in Networking domain ( Service Provider, Data Center, and Routing/Switching domains.
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and services.
