We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Provide accurate information and solutions regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account details and logging interactions.
- Work closely with other teams (sales, technical support, product, etc.) to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify customer pain points and provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Assist with onboarding new customers by guiding them through the setup process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and aim for effective resolutions.
- Stay updated on company policies, new product features, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, call center, or a related role.
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelors degree is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and helpdesk tools.
