Job Description
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints or problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Provide feedback to managers regarding common complaints or concerns to help the organization improve its services.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in customer onboarding processes by demonstrating product features and services.
